This is a statement I agree with.
But are we not to look to Revelation to reveal the interpretation?
Revelation says to take Israel, Babylon, Egypt, all as spiritual.
Once we get to the latter days, symbols are being used.
Not only here, but through most of the old testement prophecies.
These same people who use this quote need to apply this to Revelation.
The Trumpets are a mess, what sounds like literal plagues they symbolize as periods of time.
