Comparing Beliefs

Daniel 11:36

Lets back up a bit and explain a little better.
What better place to go then to the beginning.
We are looking at the heathens.
And we are also looking at the Seal vs the Mark.
One group rejected by God, the other accepted.
This started with Cain and Abel.

The sacrifice of Abel was what God asked for.
Cain gave a substitute in place of what God asked for.
This is what the controversy is about.
We are going to be given the same test.
God's commandment is to keep the Sabbath (Seventh Day).
The Papacy now bringing about the Sunday Law (First Day).

This controversy is about who you will worship.
And the heathens shall not escape this controversy.
They are going to be brought right into the middle of this.
Get ready for the next Holy War.

The true God is found in the Ten Commandments.
He places his Seal in the 4th Commandment.

And just to note what is said in this video.
The controversy is not about those that mated with angels.
Sons Of God are those that follow God.
Daughters of Man are those that follow Man.

So how are all the heathen going to get on board with this.
Sunday don't mean anything to them one way or the other.
The message (or whirlwind message) has already started.

Climate change is being pushed out now.
We need a day of rest, we need to take care of the planet.
First it comes voluntarily then later I by force.

The climate change agenda is everywhere now.
Specially it is being pushed upon the young people.
Greta Thunberg is leading the way.

This is to unite the heathen with the Christian.
But with disasters happening more frequently, who is to blame?
Will they say those not keeping the law are causing the trouble?

I do believe there will be more to this than just Sunday vs Sabbath.
I already see Christians losing their freedom because of LGBTQ.

Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner,
giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh,
are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.
(Jude 1:7)

And of course many of us will resit this covid vaccine.

What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? (1 Cor 6:19)

These reasons and more will make many the troubler of Israel.

And it came to pass, when Ahab saw Elijah, that Ahab said unto him, Art thou he that troubleth Israel?
And he answered, I have not troubled Israel; but thou, and thy father's house, in that ye have forsaken
the commandments of the LORD, and thou hast followed Baalim.
(1 Kings 18:17-18)

It is not the COVID that is destroying humanity. It is the anti-Trinitarian tendency that has infected the family, country and the world. (Cardinal Charles Bo of Yangon, Myanmar, June 7, 2020)

With laws now being passed, man will have to choose sides.

Now as in former ages, the presentation of truth will excite opposition. Many with malice assail the character and motives of those who stand in defense of unpopular truth.
Elijah was declared a troubler in Israel, Jeremiah a traitor, Paul a polluter of the temple. From that day to this, those who would be loyal to truth have been denounced as seditious, heretical, or schismatic. {HF 283.2}

The heathen who did not escape were more tricked into this.
Deceived by the miracles of Satan who is impersonating as Christ they join and promote the laws of the Papacy.

As we approach the last crisis it is of vital moment that harmony and unity exist among the Lord's instrumentalities. The world is filled with storm and war and variance. Yet under one head - the papal power - the people will unite to oppose God in the person of His witnesses. This union is cemented by the great apostate. - Testimonies for the Church 7:182 (1902)."

In the coming years we will have to make tough choices.

I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan. Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life. (Revelation 2:9-10)

Daniel 11:42 "He

Papacy

shall stretch forth his hand also upon the countries: and the land of Egypt

heathens

shall not escape."

Egypt represents the heathen as we already learned.
Or if you go by Ellen White's statement above, you could say the ungodly.
This verse looks to me like a warning from God.
Just like back before Israel was taken captive by Babylon.
There were warnings not to flee to Egypt.
For the most part this chapter has warned us about Papal Rome.
Spiritually known as Babylon.
In the last days there will be movement on whose side you are on.

In that day shall there be a highway out of Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrian shall come into Egypt, and the Egyptian into Assyria, and the Egyptians shall serve with the Assyrians.

The North (Babylon) or South (Egypt) will not be able to save you.
Both sides will join and turn against God and his people.
We know who wins, will you not join the winning side?

Daniel 11:43 But he

Papacy

shall have power over the treasures of gold and of silver, and over all the precious things of Egypt

heathens

: and the Libyans and the Ethiopians

heathen armies

shall be at his steps

by stepping in line with The Papacy.

.

This verse. starts off with "But" just to make sure you know that there is no safty for God's people to seek help from Egypt.

Come up, ye horses; and rage, ye chariots; and let the mighty men come forth; the Ethiopians and the Libyans, that handle the shield; and the Lydians, that handle and bend the bow. (Jer 46:9)

As he influenced the heathen nations to destroy Israel, so in the near future he will stir up the wicked powers of earth to destroy the people of God. Men will be required to render obedience to human edicts in violation of the divine law. {PK 587.2}

The word of the LORD which came to Jeremiah the prophet against the Gentiles; Against Egypt, against the army of Pharaoh-necho king of Egypt, which was by the river Euphrates in Carchemish, which Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon smote in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah king of Judah. (Jer 46:1-2)

This verse calls Egypt Gentiles, much like the word heathen or the ungodly.

Egypt riseth up like a flood, and his waters are moved like the rivers; and he saith, I will go up, and will cover the earth; I will destroy the city and the inhabitants thereof. (Jer 46:8).

Now we see the South or Egypt coming against the North or Babylon.

Come up, ye horses; and rage, ye chariots; and let the mighty men come forth; the Ethiopians and the Libyans, that handle the shield; and the Lydians, that handle and bend the bow. (Jer 46:9)

Egypt's armies are called Ethiopians and the Libyans.

When is this taking place?

For this is the day of the Lord GOD of hosts. (Jer 46:10)

It looks like many flee back into Egypt to escape Babylon.

Let us go again to our own people, and to the land of our nativity, from the oppressing sword. (Jer 46:16)

But what does God say about fleeing back into Egypt?

Be not afraid of the king of Babylon, of whom ye are afraid; be not afraid of him, saith the LORD: for I am with you to save you, and to deliver you from his hand. And I will shew mercies unto you, that he may have mercy upon you, and cause you to return to your own land. But if ye say, We will not dwell in this land, neither obey the voice of the LORD your God, Saying, No; but we will go into the land of Egypt, where we shall see no war, nor hear the sound of the trumpet, nor have hunger of bread; and there will we dwell: And now therefore hear the word of the LORD, ye remnant of Judah; Thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; If ye wholly set your faces to enter into Egypt, and go to sojourn there; Then it shall come to pass, that the sword, which ye feared, shall overtake you there in the land of Egypt, and the famine, whereof ye were afraid, shall follow close after you there in Egypt; and there ye shall die. So shall it be with all the men that set their faces to go into Egypt to sojourn there; they shall die by the sword, by the famine, and by the pestilence: and none of them shall remain or escape from the evil that I will bring upon them. (Jer 42:11-17)

Some interesting points are made here on Egypt.
I feel from the points made below that the heathen have big numbers, they make lots of noise, but will get in line with the Papacy and do what they are told.

  • Pharaoh king of Egypt is but a noise. (vs. 17)
  • Noph (In Egypt) shall be waste and desolate without an inhabitant. (vs 19)
  • Egypt is like a very fair heifer (Female cow with no baby yet). (vs. 20)
  • Her hired men are in the midst of her like fatted bullocks; for they also are turned back, and are fled away together: they did not stand, because the day of their calamity was come upon them, and the time of their visitation. (vs. 21)
  • The voice thereof shall go like a serpent; for they shall march with an army, and come against her with axes, as hewers of wood. (vs. 22)
  • They are more than the grasshoppers, and are innumerable. (vs. 23)
  • She shall be delivered into the hand of the people of the north. (vs. 24)

There is no safety running to the Heathens to avoid the wrath of the Papacy.

The LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, saith; Behold, I will punish the multitude of No, and Pharaoh, and Egypt, with their gods, and their kings; even Pharaoh, and all them that trust in him: And I will deliver them into the hand of those that seek their lives, and into the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon, and into the hand of his servants: and afterward it shall be inhabited, as in the days of old, saith the LORD. But fear not thou, O my servant Jacob, and be not dismayed, O Israel: for, behold, I will save thee from afar off, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and be in rest and at ease, and none shall make him afraid. Fear thou not, O Jacob my servant, saith the LORD: for I am with thee; for I will make a full end of all the nations whither I have driven thee: but I will not make a full end of thee, but correct thee in measure; yet will I not leave thee wholly unpunished. (Jer 46:25-28)

Many have come to deny doctrines which are the very pillars of the Christian faith. The great facts of creation as presented by the inspired writers, the fall of man, the atonement, and the perpetuity of the law of God, are practically rejected, either wholly or in part, by a large share of the professedly Christian world. Thousands who pride themselves upon their wisdom and independence regard it as an evidence of weakness to place implicit confidence in the Bible; they think it a proof of superior talent and learning to cavil at the Scriptures and to spiritualize and explain away their most important truths. {GC 582.3}

A day of great intellectual darkness has been shown to be favorable to the success of the papacy. It will yet be demonstrated that a day of great intellectual light is equally favorable for its success. In past ages, when men were without God's word and without the knowledge of the truth, their eyes were blindfolded, and thousands were ensnared, not seeing the net spread for their feet. In this generation there are many whose eyes become dazzled by the glare of human speculations, "science falsely so called;" they discern not the net, and walk into it as readily as if blindfolded. God designed that man's intellectual powers should be held as a gift from his Maker and should be employed in the service of truth and righteousness; but when pride and ambition are cherished, and men exalt their own theories above the word of God, then intelligence can accomplish greater harm than ignorance. Thus the false science of the present day, which undermines faith in the Bible, will prove as successful in preparing the way for the acceptance of the papacy, with its pleasing forms, as did the withholding of knowledge in opening the way for its aggrandizement in the Dark Ages. {GC 572.3}

The God of many professedly wise men, of philosophers, poets, politicians, journalists - the God of polished fashionable circles, of many colleges and universities, even of some theological institutions - is little better than Baal, the sun-god of Phoenicia. {GC 583.1}

The very spirit of heathen idolatry is rife today, though under the influence of science and education it has assumed a more refined and attractive form. Every day adds sorrowful evidence that faith in the sure word of prophecy is fast decreasing, and that in its stead superstition and satanic witchery are captivating the minds of men. All who do not earnestly search the Scriptures and submit every desire and purpose of life to that unerring test, all who do not seek God in prayer for a knowledge of His will, will surely wander from the right path and fall under the deception of Satan. {CCh 320.3} The Hebrews were the only nation favored with a knowledge of the true God. When the king of Israel sent to inquire of a pagan oracle, he proclaimed to the heathen that he had more confidence in their idols than in the God of his people, the Creator of the heavens and the earth. In the same manner do those who profess to have a knowledge of God's word dishonor Him when they turn from the Source of strength and wisdom to ask help or counsel from the powers of darkness. If God's wrath was kindled by such a course on the part of a wicked, idolatrous king, how can He regard a similar course pursued by those who profess to be His servants?576 {CCh 320.4}

The poor people, after passing through many trials, were finally persuaded by their leaders to take refuge in the land of Egypt. Against this move, Jeremiah lifted his voice in protest. "Go ye not into Egypt," he pleaded. But the inspired counsel was not heeded, and "all the remnant of Judah, ... even men, and women, and children," took flight into Egypt. "They obeyed not the voice of the Lord: thus came they even to Tahpanhes." Jeremiah 43:5-7. {PK 460.2} The prophecies of doom pronounced by Jeremiah upon the remnant that had rebelled against Nebuchadnezzar by fleeing to Egypt were mingled with promises of pardon to those who should repent of their folly and stand ready to return. While the Lord would not spare those who turned from His counsel to the seductive influences of Egyptian idolatry, yet He would show mercy to those who should prove loyal and true. "A small number that escape the sword shall return out of the land of Egypt into the land of Judah," He declared; "and all the remnant of Judah, that are gone into the land of Egypt to sojourn there, shall know whose words shall stand, Mine, or theirs." Jeremiah 44:28. {PK 460.3}

The hopes that had sprung up in the hearts of princes and people when the armies of Nebuchadnezzar turned south to meet the Egyptians, were soon dashed to the ground. The word of the Lord had been, "Behold, I am against thee, Pharaoh king of Egypt." The might of Egypt was but a broken reed. "All the inhabitants of Egypt," Inspiration had declared, "shall know that I am the Lord, because they have been a staff of reed to the house of Israel." "I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon, and the arms of Pharaoh shall fall down; and they shall know that I am the Lord, when I shall put My sword into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall stretch it out upon the land of Egypt." Ezekiel 29:3, 6; 30:25. {PK 454.1}

The last great conflict between truth and error is but the final struggle of the long-standing controversy concerning the law of God. Upon this battle we are now entering a battle between the laws of men and the precepts of Jehovah, between the religion of the Bible and the religion of fable and tradition. {GC 582.2}
