Daniel 7:7 "And it had ten horns."
Daniel 7:20 "And of the ten horns that were in his head"
Daniel 7:24 "And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise:"

Many tribes of past Rome make up Europe today.
There were at least ten.
These kingdoms must be part of the Iron Beast because they come "out of this kingdom".
It also says they "shall arise" from it.
What other nation has at least ten kingdoms that came out of it?
Ten is also many times used as a symbol of all or complete like the 10 Commandments.

Note:
It is good to note here that the a Horn is an up and coming Kingdom.

Daniel 7:8 "there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots"
Daniel 7:20 "and before whom three fell"
Daniel 7:24 "and he shall subdue three kings"

Before the Papacy takes control three kings or tribes are eliminated.
The three tribes are the Ostrogoths, Vandals and Heruli.
