The Bible Prophecy Timeline - Daniel 11

You can debate when the wound is healed.

I would say it is not healed until laws are put in place.

And not completely healed until these laws become universal.

More of me thinking out loud. -

Popular belief:

Daniel 11:40 "And at the time of the end

I found this translation interesting.
The Septuagint was the old Testament translated into Greek.

Daniel 11:40 "And in time end he will mix horns with the king of the south; and shall be gathered together him the king of the north with chariots, and with horsemen, and with many ships. And he shall enter into the land, and he shall break and go by.

Most all say there are only two powers here.
I have only heard a couple speakers mention three powers.

One of my thoughts on this:
Not sure if it can even apply since I don't know Hebrew.
But is there a chance that it is not the South pushing or fighting with the North but is instead uniting with the North?

Why am I thinking of it this way?
Because at this time according to Revelation 17, the 10 Kings who I believe to be the U.N. are uniting with the Papacy for one hour.

Ellen White also says:

As we approach the last crisis it is of vital moment that harmony and unity exist among the Lord's instrumentalities. The world is filled with storm and war and variance. Yet under one head - the papal power - the people will unite to oppose God in the person of His witnesses. This union is cemented by the great apostate. - (Testimonies for the Church 7:182)

The beginning of the next verse in Daniel shows who they are coming against.

He shall enter also into the glorious land (Daniel 11:41)

Ezek 39:7-8 goes on to say:

So will I make my holy name known in the midst of my people Israel; and I will not let them pollute my holy name any more: and the heathen shall know that I am the LORD, the Holy One in Israel. Behold, it is come, and IT IS DONE, saith the Lord GOD; this is the day whereof I have spoken.

Soon after Sunday Law is set up, is when Michael Stands up and God says It Is Done.

We are now at the very closing scenes of the Great Controversy.

More confirmation the interpretation above?
A Friend (Douglas Cheatham) called and wanted to share his interpretation.
I wanted to share his thoughts which are not too different than mine above.
To note he uses e-sword with his studies which I don't use.

The more I look at this I think my thought is wrong.
The king of the south shall push with the king of the north.
The simple meaning is that they are opponents.
I'm still going to leave my thought there.
But think I should look for a better explanation.

I did have a couple problems going into this verse.
The big one being, are there two powers or three?
Looking at the Hebrew translation, I don't see three powers.
I can't find HIM in the translation.
All I see is the South pushed with the North.
But then again, I don't know Hebrew and I could be wrong on that.

My other main problem is that I want to spiritualize the King of the North and King of the South.
In Daniel and Revelation the word King has referred to a Kingdom, not an symbol like Atheism.
I want to say the North and South are just Gog and Magog.

My conclusion is this.

First, why not France as most teach this to be.
Verses 36-38 simply look too much like the Papacy.

What about verse 40?
I will say France and Atheism fits very well here.
So much so I think I may be wrong on my timing of this.
At the time of the end (1798) probably proves my theory wrong.
My view is that it is sometime during the time of the end (1798 and beyond).

Why Future?
I would say that goes to the beginning of verse 36.
According to his will, shows me there is a change of power.
This I believe to be when the deadly wound is healed.
Or the ten kings that receive power with the Beast in Rev 17:12-14.

So who are the North and South then?
Yes were back to that question.
I guess I'll explain it in the next section.
Since I believe it to be future means I am guessing since it has not happened yet.
Please study for yourselves.
I'm not one to say I'm right.
Just what I believe.

For me, the rest of this has to be taken spiritually, not literally.

Rev 13:3 - and all the world wondered after the beast.

A few eastern nations are not what the final conflict is about.
In Revelation we see Babylon, Sodom, Egypt, Israel, Great Mountains.
These no longer have literal meanings.
In my mind I'm now looking at the war in heaven, a spiritual war.

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. (Eph 6:12)

As you can probably tell I'm not big on Atheism.
For me the word is just not broad enough.
There had to be a better word for Egypt and the Kings Of The South.

And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. (Rev 11:8)

Who is spiritual Egypt according to the Bible?
Lev 26:45, 2Kings 17:8, Ps 80:8, Ezek 20:9, Ezek 30:3, Zech 14:18

To me heathen is a much better word for the spirit of the south.

Heathen meaning: Not adhering to an Abrahamic religion, is pagan or is someone who is lacking in morals or principles.
Atheist basically meaning there is no God.
Heathen is a better definition and more biblical if you ask me.
Ps 2:1, Ps 46:6, Ps 110:6, Ps 79:1, Jer 10:2, Ezek 38:16

The conflict here I believe is Babylon vs Egypt.
Harlot Church vs Heathen Nations.
The Harlot Church wins this battle and passes over.
Universal Sunday Law is pushed out to all nations.

Now lets look at the Whirlwind.

This for one shows us how close to the end of time we are.
The verse explains the whirlwind so we don't have to go looking.
This whirlwind has to do with using armies to enforce religious laws.
Right now the Papacy is only gathering it's armies.
Church and State are uniting.
First to take control of the heathen then to come after God's people.
This is how close we are to the time of the Mark Of The Beast.

And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. (Rev 13: 15-17)
