From the last verse, we saw the workings of the coming Sunday Law.
This was the speaking to the nations to get them on board.

"that the image of the beast should both speak" (Rev­ 13:15)

Yes, some of the nations will need to come around by force.
So the Papacy needs help from a powerful nation.
A Christian nation.
A nation that has drunken the wine of Babylon.

And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. (Rev­ 13:11-12)

The Whirlwind Visit by the Papacy is already past.
The speaking is all but done.
The only thing left is to Cause or to bring the Whirlwind upon us.

And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. (Rev­ 13:15)

The Cause is to bring about religious political law.
A law that will go directly against the Commandments of God.
God sealed his Ten Commandments with a day to remember.
That day was called the Sabbath or The Seventh Day.
This day was blessed by God.

Climate Change is being Spoken now.
This will bring a Cause for Sunday, a day of rest for the planet.
Welcome to, The Mark Of The Beast.
This goes directly against God's Commandment.

And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.(Rev­ 13:16-17)

Once the Papacy enters God's Holy Land, he will again bring about the abomination of desolation.
You will see more about that in Daniel 12.
This verse (Dan­ 11:41) is about the Loud Cry.

And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. (Rev 18:4)

This verse (Dan­ 11:41) is a cry to those in Babylon.
Edom, Moab, and Ammon were all related to Israel.

Under the figure of the early and the latter rain, that falls in Eastern lands at seedtime and harvest, the Hebrew prophets foretold the bestowal of spiritual grace in extraordinary measure upon God's church. {AA 54.2}

This is where Edom, Moab, and Ammon were from Israel.
God spared them when literal Israel came to possess the land.
Now God is reaching out to them again.
Like Lot, come out of Sodom, come out of Babylon.
You have become Babylon by the mixing of paganism with Christianity.
God is pleading with you, to come out of that.
This cry will go forth once again.
The Latter Rain will be poured out just before the harvest is gathered.
