Is 2027 The End?

After 6000 years the world ends in 2027

We better put this verse out there first, but we all know it already.

Mat 24:36 "But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only."

There have been many failed preditions on when the world will end.
I think this one has some weight to it but until God makes this known we are only guessing.
Yes I thnk the verse actually says this.

An old English version of the passage, reads, "But that day and hour no man maketh known, neither the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father." (A Word to the Little Flock, Page 52)

Some would rather just avoid looking at predictions and that is fine, but as you can tell by my page I do believe that there are signs that point to the end.
When Christ came the first time many knew things were happening.
I think it's good to look for signs of the end, so that when they do happen we might understand what is going on.
That is the point of this study, not that we will know the exact time Jesus will come.
Now that I've said all of that, after this study I will be called a Time Setter. :)

What made 2027 so popular was Walter Veith talking about it on one of his sermons.
I think he even did a second video to explain he was not date setting since it got so much attention.
Veith gives many Ellen White quotes as to why then may be in 2027.

So from the statements of Ellen White, from the time of Adam's fall till the time of Jesus being baptized was 4000 years and the full time Satan has possession of the Earth is 6000 years.
After 4000 years Jesus was baptized in 27AD and add 2000 years to that and you get 2027.
That is the short answer but many also calculate by the Jubilee's.
Lets look at that now.

Jubilee 2027 (50 Year Cycles)

So what does the Jubilee have to do with our time?

Note: This is using the 50 year cycle opposed to the 49 year cycle.

I have not made up my mind which one is right.

If the world is to end on a Jubilee the first question is does 50 go into 1000 and the answer of course is yes.
6000 years divided by 50 would mean there would be 120 jubilee's.

According to Ellen White (see quote below) there was a jubilee when going into the heavenly promise land or when Jesus comes again.

Then commenced the jubilee, when the land should rest. I saw the pious slave rise in triumph and victory and shake off the chains that bound him, while his wicked master was in confusion and knew not what to do; for the wicked could not understand the words of the voice of God. Soon appeared the great white cloud. It looked more lovely than ever before. On it sat the Son of man. At first we did not see Jesus on the cloud, but as it drew near the earth we could behold His lovely person. This cloud, when it first appeared, was the sign of the Son of man in heaven. The voice of the Son of God called forth the sleeping saints, clothed with glorious immortality. The living saints were changed in a moment and were caught up with them into the cloudy chariot. It looked all over glorious as it rolled upward. On either side of the chariot were wings, and beneath it wheels. And as the chariot rolled upward, the wheels cried, "Holy," and the wings, as they moved, cried, "Holy," and the retinue of holy angels around the cloud cried, "Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty!" And the saints in the cloud cried, "Glory! Alleluia!" And the chariot rolled upward to the Holy City. Jesus threw open the gates of the golden city and led us in. According to the Jews they left Egypt in 1313 BC.
Forty years in the wilderness brings us to 1273 BC when they entered into the promised land..
Now lets add 26 jubilee's to 1273.
26 X 50 = 1300.
1300-1273 = 27
That would bring us to 27 AD right when Jesus was baptized and became the Messiah.
Add 2000 years to that and the world ends in 2027.

Jubilee 2027 (49 Year Cycles)

This one takes much more calculation so here is a video explaining it better than I can.

So many are saying the world ends in 2027.
Some going by just the 6000 year mark.
Some also going by Jubilee marks.
Yes this is speculation but again I think there is some weight to these dates.

Now that you have the year, the day can be found by what day the Jubilee is on.

Lev 25:8-13 "And thou shalt number seven sabbaths of years unto thee, seven times seven years; and the space of the seven sabbaths of years shall be unto thee forty and nine years. Then shalt thou cause the trumpet of the jubile to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, in the day of atonement shall ye make the trumpet sound throughout all your land. And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family. A jubile shall that fiftieth year be unto you: ye shall not sow, neither reap that which groweth of itself in it, nor gather the grapes in it of thy vine undressed. For it is the jubile; it shall be holy unto you: ye shall eat the increase thereof out of the field. In the year of this jubile ye shall return every man unto his possession."

The Jubilee happens on the 10th day of the 7th month during the Day of Atonement.
You can ignore what day the numbers are falling on, this is just an example.

Many are looking for Christ to show up in the year 2027 and at the time of the Day Of Atonement.
Yes there are different calendars on which day of the year that might be.
I don't keep the Feasts so I really don't have a favorite one.

One of my questions would be why on the day of Atonement and not on the Feast Of Tabernacles?
